Ali

Ali

Lead Mentor

For Ali, working in Early Years is a passion, and spending quality time with the children is a privilege. For over 14 years, she has worked with the littlest of learners, in various different educator and management roles, enjoying everyday as if it was her first. During this time, she also completed a BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood education too.

Watching the children grow, learn and develop throughout their young lives fills her with much joy, and knowing she can contribute to their play and learning experiences, and provide them with a whole world of opportunities; it really doesn’t get much better than that! In her spare time, you will find Ali making memories with her husband, family and friends, and most likely doing 3 of her most favourite things; holidays, banger racing, or BBQing!

Becky

Becky

Deputy Lead Mentor

Working in childcare has always been a passion of Becky’s. Throughout her 11 years of childcare experience, she still feels that nothing prepares her for the feeling of pure happiness and privilege she gets being able to care for, watch develop, and spend time with children in their earliest years.

During her time as both early years educator and in supportive leadership roles, Becky has had great insight into the world of early years and all the exciting opportunities children can, and should be provided with each and everyday to ensure they have the best start in their journey.

Becky has experience as a SENCO, and always ensures to support each and every child, whilst understanding how unique and individual they are, helping to nurture them to be the best they can be. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, family and socialising with friends.

Jasmine

Jasmine

Room Mentor

Jasmine has worked with children for 9 years and throughout that time she gained a degree in Health and Social Care, before continuing training to become a Primary School Teacher (QTS).

Jasmine believes that all children should have the opportunity to learn in their own unique ways as every child is an individual. This encourages them to become independent learners and encourages them to express themselves. Jasmine has lived in Kent for three years with her partner and pet cat Hovis, and she also loves to bake bread, and go on long countryside walks.

Emily

Emily

Nursery Practitioner

Emily is currently studying for her level-3 qualification in childcare, as working with children has always been a passion of hers and she is keen to progress this further in practice too.

Emily is really looking forward to getting the chance to expand her Early Years knowledge to be the best practitioner she can be, so she can put her all into each child’s development and experiences, and watch them flourish and thrive in their earliest years. In her spare time, Emily attends cadets, and enjoys being adventurous and outdoorsy.
